I Hope you guys like it, let me know if you could make it work or if i missed something out here. Thats all i know about this and this is the best way i could find for settting up a "Democratic" TeamSpeak bot where everyone on the channel can contribute with its own songs : ) On VLC hit "Control + N" and than Paste the link on the window that pops up, but instead of hitting PLAY, hit "ALT + E" (This will ENQUEUE the song on the current playlist).Tell your friends to send the music bot youtube links via TS and copy the links.VLC Player can also stream audio/video directly from youtube or any network stream, which is great.Everything you play on VLC will be played by the bot on its TeamSpeak channelīONUS: Queueing Youtube Links on a playlist Thats it, you are probably good to go now.Open VLC Player, select Audio from the upper menu, and pick "Line 1" as its output channel.Pick your new identity, and pick the playback and capture you have created (E.g MusicBot if you named them like this) Create a new connection (Bookmark) to your server and hit "more" to add your new identity.Name it whatever you want to (E.g: MusicBot).Exit your Channel and create a new "Identity" (by hitting Control + I).Activate "Voice Activation Detection" and drag its bar to -50dB. Keep Capture mode as "Automatically use best mode" but change Capture device to "Line 1" (This will only appear if you have correctly installed VAC).Last edited by dante696 January 19th, 2016 at 10:27 AM. Odd part is, I can hear the music just fine, but any & all TeamSpeak sounds I cannot hear. Users can execute a commando through the Teamspeak chat. Setting digital output to the playback device in TeamSpeak and then setting it as default in audio manager still does not work TS3MusicBot is the perfect way to create a MusicBot on Teamspeak3. Having the digital output as the Default Communications Device does not work, as I still cannot hear any TeamSpeak sounds at all, but streaming works just fine. I still have to make the digital output the default playback device for it to work correctly. I will hazard a guess, and say my motherboard MAY be the problem, as my previous system, never had this issue with Stereo Mix I have speakers connected via the rear I/O panel plugs on the back of my case/ motherboard, and I am using headphones, plugged in via the headphone & mic ports on the front/ top of my case. ![]() ![]() Storage/ Secondary HDD: 4 TB Seagate Desktop SSHD w/ 64MB Cache RAM: Corsair Vengeance 1600 MHz DDR3 16 GB (2x8GB) ![]() If it helps, I will list my PC Specs down below: If I wish to hear my system sounds & TeamSpeak sounds again, I must make Speakers the default device once again. I have even tried selecting playback as digital output in TS, but that still does not work. However, with digital output selected, I cannot hear anyone talking in TeamSpeak, nor can I hear any TS sounds, along with not hearing ANY system sounds what-so-ever. However, when I go into my Audio Manager, and select Realtek Digital Output, as the default playback device, users report hearing music loud and clear, with no fading. Other users listening, say they hear it loud and clear for a minute, then it fades out, to silent, and then nothing except static. I recently upgraded my PC, which obviously included a new motherboard.Įverything, is working fine, except when I use Stereo Mix, to broadcast music.
